By accessing and using AI Property Scout, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

AI Property Scout provides conversational housing and neighborhood guidance for Malaysia using a curated knowledge base and web search. The current AI Scout uses GPT through Thesys. AI-generated responses may be inaccurate or incomplete and do not replace professional legal, financial, or property advice.

The sample property feed is illustrative and is not a live listing or investment forecast. Paid plans are not available to purchase on this site; any business arrangement must be confirmed separately.

3. User Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information when using our services
  • Use the service only for lawful purposes
  • Not attempt to interfere with or disrupt our services

4. Property Information

While we strive for accuracy, property information is provided "as is" and may contain errors or be out of date. Confirm prices, availability, listing authenticity, and agent credentials independently before making any decisions or payments. We do not guarantee investment returns, future property values, or listing legitimacy.

5. Intellectual Property

We own or license the original content, software, branding, and other materials we make available as part of AI Property Scout. Third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners and may be subject to separate terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, AI Property Scout shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to address misuse, protect service security, perform maintenance, or comply with applicable law.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
